Point Cloud Scan
ESI uses FARO LASER scanners and FARO SCENE software for point cloud registration. This process pulls all the raw scan data together into a point cloud, which is much more efficient when it comes to the planning and design integration of your project.
Laser scanning eliminates errors and shows you exactly what is there within less than 1/8''accuracy.
3D Model
This is an example of our capabilities with a 3D model integrated into a laser scan of a facility. We have a wide variety of experience in providing our customers with an intelligent view of the scan with identification points.
We have the capability to pull the point cloud model into a Virtual Reality (VR) setting for enhanced design reviews, Hazop reviews, operations and maintenance audits, constructibility reviews, heavy lift, rigging planning, and advanced work package planning.
