COMMISSIONING AND STARTUP SERVICES
ESI offers commissioning, startup, and performance testing services as part of our EPC Projects, as well as a stand-alone services offering to our customers. We have full-time commissioning managers and lead technical staff that are experienced in the commissioning of Power Boilers, Package Boilers, Combustion Turbines, RICE Generators, Steam Turbine Generators, AQCS Equipment, Water Treatment Systems and Material Handling Systems.
COMMISSIONING APPROACH
Our systematic approach to commissioning starts with the development of detailed turnover packages that are developed by our commissioning teams, and is a work product that is developed well in advance of mechanical completion for the timely execution of the commissioning activities at the construction to commissioning turnover. A unique approach to our start up process is staffing the commissioning teams with the same engineers that were responsible for the design of a particular project, allowing for a real-time understanding of the facility, as well as providing a great training program to our engineers to improve their design philosophies on future projects.
