SITE MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY
The Construction Management function is a key part of every EPC contract that ESI performs. Because ESI does not typically direct-hire craft people, our field personnel can concentrate on the oversight of each subcontractor to ensure that every member of the project team is complying with all ESI and facility safety rules and that the work is being performed in compliance with all ESI specifications.
ESI’s construction and safety management personnel are part of design reviews, and all project planning functions to ensure that safety is our #1 priority.
CONSTRUCTION APPROACH
ESI performs construction by staffing the site with dedicated construction managers, field engineers, quality assurance and safety professionals who oversee specialty subcontractors. Subcontractors execute fixed-price engineered construction packages broken down by craft and have the responsibility to ensure high quality and a safe jobsite. Our construction management team drives all aspects of the day to day construction activities reports directly to ESI’s Executive Leadership.
