ESTABLISHED AWARD-WINNING ENGINEERING SERVICES HEADQUARTERED IN KENNESAW, GEORGIA
One of the world’s leading chemical processing companies embarked on an environmental initiative to retire all of their coal fired utility assets at their largest facility located in the Mid-Atlantic. ESI has been selected to provide engineering and design, construction management, and commissioning and startup services on a fixed price based services contract.
The project consists of three (3) 200,000 lb/hr natural gas fired package boilers with a design pressure of 350 PSIG, new electrical and controls systems, and includes the reutilization of existing water treatment systems that were originally used for the coal fired steam generating plant. ESI’s experience with brownfield projects, and our proven track record for the successful execution of difficult design integration projects is what gave us the opportunity to win this exciting project.
A global consumer products company is currently executing a process line expansion at one of their facilities in the Gulf Coast Region of the United States. As part of the plant’s overall expansion plan, a new natural gas fired steam generating facility had to be designed and constructed to support the new processing system. ESI was selected for the EPC execution of this new steam facility, which includes a complete turnkey solution consisting of engineering and design, water treatment, package boiler, electrical equipment, process control, construction, and commissioning and startup.
Delta Ducon partnered with ESI for Large Utility Bottom Ash Conversion Project Delta
Ducon recently partnered with ESI for the design, fabrication, and commissioning of Delta Ducon’s new machinery for a Large Power Utility Customer in the Southeast. The new equipment is being utilized to convert the utility’s bottom and fly ash system from a sluice system to a dry system in an effort to close down their ash ponds. The challenge with this project was it had a very aggressive execution schedule that required careful planning, design packages, and expedited fabrication.
ESI completes Recycled Energy Development (RED) project in Rochester, NY! ESI was selected by Recycled Energy Development to be the EPC Contractor for design/build services for both the modification and replacement of their coal fired CHP facility in Rochester, NY.
ESI just finished our first of a kind Battery Energy Storage System in Monterrey, Mexico. ESI led the coordination of 12MWh BESS from detailed design through project commissioning.
